Analyze equipment failures, design the tools for the teams to achieve the maximum efficiency of each one of them and plan manufacturing processes together with the other support departments in a particular area within the plant, this work is technical and requires decision making within other areas. I'm works in preventive maintenance of the production teams, as well as preparing reports of preventive and corrective, maintenance areas, down time and daily reports of activities during his shift. Repair equipment problems in the production process with urgency.
Analyze equipment designs to improve manufacturing methods in processes
Generate and/or keep updated the PM's of the equipment in the system
Provide technical support as need it
Generate Min/Max in MRO of spare parts for the equipment in the designated processes
Coordination with the support teams for the control and management of PPM's and QRQC
Management and/or communication with PLC's, vision systems, servomotors and electronic equipment of the machines
Development and implementation of projects focused on increasing the efficiency of production equipments
Analyze and reduce the Down time of the assigned area, to define corrective actions
