Responsible for all aspect of new Red Jacket fuel contained stage turbine pump (STP) cast iron manifold and piping system design. Developed new global UL/ATEX/IECEx approved Vapor recovery DC vacuum motor with pump including the manufacturing assembly cell fixture and automation design. Provided detailed design and development for new and existing hanging hardware product line such as nozzles, proportional valve, hose breakaway and swivel fittings. Delivered complex automated machine tool designs to fabrication floor. Managed projects using Windchill Project Link. Setup CAD system standards and automation for the use of, Start Parts, ISO Formats, Merged Parts, Skeleton Parts, Material Libraries, and Configuration files for both Creo and SolidWorks PDM. Provided oversite and guidance for the migration of the Engineering CAD data servers.
