How do I flash firmware for MKS Robin E3

Hi everyone,

I'm upgrading my 3D printer but I'm stuck in the last step when I try to flash firmware for the mainboard.
This is the first time I use MKS robin E3 and I don't know how to flash firmware for this board, I mean what is the tool or software that needs to be used to flash this firmware? I already have the firmware for this.

Can anyone help me with this?
