Which is best format for STEP AP203 or AP214 when converted from Solidworks

To better help those that need STEP files ... QUESTION: Which format is better to convert Solidworks files to STEP? AP203? or AP214?

Also ... Does anyone need IGES format anymore?

Are there other formats that would be helpful?

I usually only put .STL files for 3D-Printing but would anyone like any of the other formats shown in the attached photo?
