I am not pretending that my work has great renderings, but as a Fusion 360 Group, it's good place to share our best knowledge among the group members in this regard.
As a start I have these simple rules that I am following:
What is your best rendering practices?
Have a nice Rendering
Nice Work Fatih.
For aesthetic renderings many users in GrabCad use default camera angle for their final renderings which may be a little unrealistic.
Example, If you are rendering a bolt then it is normal to look at it like you put on the table in front of you, but if you are rendering a building then you must look at in correct perspective like a normal person do since it will be bigger than you.
similarly, all equipments, tools, vehicles, etc. should be rendered with the correct perspective.
hi, for rendering i use cycles in blender instead of fusion, at least when i'm going for realistic images, i find it a lot easier to manage the scene in blender than in fusion, also, the materials can be edited in a more granular way so you can get better results more easily. my design process uses mostly 3 programs, 123d design to do a quick rough sketch since i find its tools to be more intuitive to use than fusion's, then i take the model to fusion to polish the details or to make more complex parts, and then if i need a realistic render, i convert the model to stl and import it into blender, where i remesh it to get an easy to texture mesh and then render using cycles. here is one of my renders using blender using a model imported from fusion.
Great work.
I agree with you that there is no single software that has it All, and everything is permissible in Love and War! (joking)
I use to use 3DS Max for rendering, but since I changed to Fusion I found it easier to be in single software environment rather than going back and forth between different packages.
But Yes having the Final Render for presentation (Customer) need to do a little more to please ourselves first then the (Potential) customers.
Good luck
thank you! and yes, lately i've been exploring fusion and i'm finding making everything there makes the process a bit faster, once i really get familiar with the tools, i've been playing with the render setup but so far i have not achieved the realism i can get with cycles in blender, there is still a lot to learn, which is a lot of fun!
I really appreciate your valuable input, and I will definitely look into the (Cycles in Blender) and explore the possibilities there.
Thank you I really appreciate your support. :)
Very nice looking render Suat
I've used that HDRI from hdrihaven too. He's putting up some really great stuff. Nice render!
what is this environment?? where can I get it (I like the platform/print bed)
