Does anyone have any experience with Inventor crashing in the middle of a complex sketch? For the most part, when I am creating a new sketch, everything works as normal but there are times where the software crashes during a loft, or an extrusion or when I am in the rendering stage experimenting with different lights, environments, colors etc. I have noticed that as a part gets complex or as I add notes that the program starts slowing down to a point where I get error messages on the most simple extrusions, mirror functions, circular patterns and so forth. I run the program on a bullet proof computer that has more capability than Autodesk recommends and even if I have saved the sketch multiple times during a setting, if the program crashes, I lose the entire sketch like it never existed. Any thoughts?
