Can I model with spring constant?
I know to model helix shape but, was wondering if there is a method to make it behave like a spring with desired spring constant value.

Do you want to animate the deformation of a spring? Then you can do it with an adaptive part.
Or do you want to get the forces when the length of a spring is changed? Then I'd suggest thy Dynamic Simulation.
It's not really clear for me what you want to do and what you want to achieve. Please describe your wishes more detailed.
