How can I join the Bolted Connections to my drawing files

Hi where I am currently working we have an annoying issue where if we insert a Bolted Connection in an assembly, when somebody else open it, Inventor can't track back the parts and just doesn't show them.

So I was wondering if there was a way to join the parts and not only the subassembly to the folder.

Thanks

Your project file needs to be set up so that everyone is looking at the same path for content centre. Most likely your content centre files are being saved to your PC, and your colleagues project files are looking for the bolts on their machines. The solution... Copy all of your local content centre data to a shared folder on a server somewhere and point your project file to this location.

To use Inventor properly, your project files need to be set up correctly. Have a look at this link, down below are 2 videos running you through the basics.

BTW, I wrote an iLogic utility that you can use to update your bolted connections if the geometry changes, like the thickness of a flange for example, check it out here: https://clintbrown.co.uk/2019/02/10/ilogicbolts/
