after greeting

i am create a water boiler (4Tons) according to my factory specifications

I created all pipes lines by using 3D Sketch as routing driver

my idea is using this sketch for building water pipes lines as first point

and using same sketch for building water pipes lines insulation as second point but i faced some problems about water pipes insulation

1- how get standard dimensions in insulation ( OD and ID) according to water pipe line (OD)

2- how make branch from water pipe line for fixing pressure gauge as example

Is it possible for creating a new style

e tube and pipe for insulation pipes including ( OD,ID,Length , Elbow ,etc ) ?
