you have to workout around what kind of batteries you will put in the chassis, weight, measurement etc, after that you can build a steel tubular chassis (cheap) , basically this is what you need

Why u don't understand, we have a chassis of a go kart who was with thermal motor and we want to modify it. We will add an electrical motor +something else to make full electric go kart.....for that we looking for someone who have skills to make our 3d model in Catia or something else... We want to simulate some weights, forces and more... Nothing else... For that I put more photos with aproximatily dimensions.... Thanks again for been rude.... I think on this subgroup are not only people who speak English, maybe I will find some Romanians who want to help us. Thanks a lot.

Like I said, there is go kart in my profile. It is done in Autodesk Inventor. For frame I have used standard tube profiles. You can calculate forces on chasiss, if you have a good computer.

Or you have budget for a brand new one?

i need to modify the existing chassy ,yes...(if is needed) and i want to make some simulations on this chassy or to find a place to electric motor,battery ,etc for make the weight distribution evenly

My advice to you is to start by studying the power that you need from your electrical motor and to define the battery you will use.

Then it will depend of your results

It's either the batteries and motor will fit in your chassis you will need to do modifications on it.

I know that thing... I made that... We will make an brushless motor with ~1kW with acid lead batteries for start and after we go for li-on, li-po... Ceers
