actually there is no blueprint. I just do the design used own measurement. But stuck no idea how to do the zig zag design like that

Surface Design : 1) you create plane surface, 2) do the cut-outs, 3) bend the surface in x- and y- direction

Another way in CATIA is to do it with a Parallel Curve based on a Law.
