Assalamualaikum, i have some question about report incident, i can't opened my file and notif show it  (OSM_AL013, OSM_AL33, OSM_AL34, OSM_35)


can you help me abput this?

Sounds like that is a R19 file. If you open the file in wordpad and scroll down a bit, somewhere around line 50 you see some jiberish which will tell you the version here is a sample clip from that line.
