What does CATIA evaluate, weight of a body or it's mass? What is difference between them? As we are getting the value in kg or lb with respect to specified density of material?

It's all depends upon ur input and unit settings.if u set unit as kg.then u will get weight of the object.

Weight and Mass are the same. Catia will calculate Mass, Volume and other things. Input the Density of the material and keep your Volume and Mass units consistent with the Density units. Go to Options to adjust units.
