Is it possible to make the simulation of a Radial Engine without using Kinematics, only using Assembly module?
I´ve done and assembled all the parts of a radial engine but I want to simulate the movement, I´ve found a lot of videos on Youtube and people are always using kinematics.
Any ideas?

You could use the Manipulation tool in the Assembly Workbench. Just turn on the bottom option for WITH RESPECT TO CONSTRAINTS, and drag the driving part.
This works OK for small assemblies (few parts and little detail), but your engine assembly will probably bog down. Maybe try it with just one piston?
Kinematics is what I would use to use to animate the engine.
