I don't use the same software, however from experience,
I can say that depending on the type of modeling you will be doing, a fast cpu offering a good price/core compromise will be necessary.
So an i7 will be a good start allowing you to have a reserve of power for certain projects that will require power.
The amount of RAM is not to be neglected, at least 16Gb if you only do modeling, but I recommend 32Gb as standard if you don't want to find yourself limited by your system.
For SSDs, I would say it depends on your budget, personally my machine has a single nvme gen2 slot,
I use two Sata3 Kingston SSDs.
Why 2x SSD?
I use a 512Gb SSD for Windows and other operating systems, professional software, 3D rendering.
The second SSD 1Tb is directly allocated for working folders and user folders (documents, video, pictures, music, etc...).
This not only reduces the write/read load on the primary SSD, and allows for minimal data backup in the event of an operating system crash.
For work, the speed difference between a Sata SSD and an NVMe SSD is negligible, especially since NVMe drives tend to heat up more than a SATA SSD, not to mention the price difference.
For the choice of graphics card, a GTX and or RTX is more than enough, especially for 8K photorealistic 3D rendering.
The advantage of RTXs (and old GTXs) is that they offer a higher price/performance/productivity ratio than professional cards of an equivalent range which are very (too) expensive for an independent.
Example, a Quadro T1000 8Gb offers almost equivalent performance of a GTX 1070 8Gb (1070 better), however the T1000 offers lower power consumption (50w for the Quadro T1000 vs 150w for the GTX 1070);
But for the price of a T1000 you can buy two refurbished used GTX 1070 8Gb and have twice the computing capacity for 3D GPU rendering.
It's a choice to be made, a balance between power, price, consumption.
Depending on the machine you plan to assemble or have assembled, the power supply will have to be cut to handle heavy workloads.
You can very well set up a workstation with components from gaming (new for SSDs and other components or second-hand refurbished excluding SSDs).
