Is there a parts list of for a FDA approved ventilator?

I have access to three CNC routers, a CNC laser, and a press brake. I was hoping to find approved drawings and models of ventilator assemblies and start manufacturing any parts that I can. But, I don't know if I can be helpful until I get access to drawings and models. If any of you have any suggestions or resources to obtain some of this information please let me know.

Can you Please help with the Following , it will save many many Lives will not need FDA approval , many Developing countries without our Resources will benefit, including Us. please read the following carefully. Here are a few Examples of what Im trying to construct but the following examples are Mechanically Flawed , Compression with a Linear actuator or a Piston will be the best way the solve the following problem.

the 3rd example modified with a Piston that Pushes a Plate up to compress would be best , and or using a Piston such as liquid Pistons please see example below.
with liquid piston it would be powered with an electric servo motor. when it hits top dead center that's when the bag will reach full compression please see link below.

Can anyone help with this project please.
the Objective will be the least amount of movable parts, easy for it to be downloaded and built around the world with parts that are credibly available.
