Has anyone see this over the summer ?

Feds seize 4,600 helicopter drones that violate FCC regulations :

Also hobbyking was fined $2.8 million dollars :

This is why making sure that the products from china are compliant with FCC emissions and transmissions ; otherwise they are illegal to own or to operate.

Something most drone owners may not be aware of when they are either building a drone from parts or buying a completely assembled one.

Plus you must register your drone with the FAA as well :
