Energica from Italy burst onto the scene almost 7 years ago in 2013 but they have continued to evolve their lines across the years with a recent refresh of the Ego just last year :

At $17.6K to $23.9K they are the affordable electric motorcycles, although still much higher than traditional internal combustion variety.
