in the latest gadgets coming from venders at the Consumer Electric Show (CES) in Vegas this week, one of the e-bikes was Brekr : https://www.wired.com/story/ces-2022-liveblog/

This pack supports a distance up to 160 Km (100 miles) and is probably perfect for the daily commuter from a suburb into town and back again without any worries for charging along the way.

This pack capacity is good in that it meets the usage model for commuting, but i suspect that it will have issues in sustaining a form factor that is a long term usable in future designs.

Brekr is also making a statement that they are not waiting (or caring) what is happening in the industry and is focused on just its immediate get-to-market approach.

Whether this design is around in a few years is yet to be see and time will tell.
