I cannot see any of the files without creating an account.

I would recommend that you post the progress of the parts and the assembly on your grabcad page or here within the group to showcase the progress of the group as well as your contributions.

I think that would be better, especially for those people (like me) who might be a little on the fence about creating an onshape account.

There are no files like traditional CAD. Onshape creates what's called documents. You can export these documents to most formats but their is no native file to download. To use Onshape you create a free account here:

This is neat. I like it and I'll try to keep track of what's going on with it. I haven't done anything with Electric Motorcycles since NiMH was the hot battery technology.

Since you own the software its probably a good idea to get involved with Bryan and collaborate with him to finish this design and help improve it.

NiMH is more-or-less dead and Lithium Iron Phosphate is the latest in rechargeable batteries.

I have posted many articles about the technologies for many of the electric motorcycles and electric bicycles, so there are technology options galore on ways to leverage what's out there or create some new concepts IP.

So have at it and have fun !

Nice work ! You might want to consider whether you want a hub motor or a chassis motor with belt, chain, or driveshaft options.

Sweet, thanks Steven, I have reached out, waiting for the good news. I can help with Tractive effort calculation, some designing and perhaps some wind tunnel simulation to find out about the aerodynamics. Hope I can learn something new and share my knowledge thru this project.

Bryan ; how's things progressing ?

It's a hobby project, and everyone has work that comes first (me included), so progression is slow but optimistic one day we will get close to completion.

I know Fusion 360 has a collaboration option. I have imported the current model into Fusion 360 and we can work from there if this helps.

I see there is an area to add e-mail addresses to invite into the Fusion project, so let me know who wants to be added.
