Is there any switch valve for directing air flow?

Hello, I am currently using a normally closed solenoid valve named CJV23 http://www.conjoin.com.cn/upfiles/products/201510/CJV23.pdf.

This means that to open it, constant current needs to be supplied to it. This causes a lot of heat and power consumption.
I cant use a normally open valve as it does not solve the problem.

May I request your kind help to find a switching kind valve that has 3 pins.
First pin is common ground/ positive.
Second pin opens the valve by passing current just for an instant and stays open.
Third pin closes the valve by passing current just for an instant and stays closed.

This contraption would save a lot of energy and reduce loss in the form of heat.

Kindly guide accordingly.
Thank you
Regards to all.

There are latching valve solenoids with 2 connections.

Or uses a PWM signal to drive the soleniod open. After opening the duty cycle can be set lower, enough to only keep the valve open.

If your problem is forward flow and reverse flow of air, I think that the best solution to your problem is to use an H-bridge motor driver. It allows for forward fan operation and reverse fan operation. Most fans will allow for this and is a simple matter of using logic control to change directions. The encoder option on the fan will allow for speed control. Not sure if this in in context to your question but it should work fine.
