Is the design complete and you require a construction plan?
Or do you require a new design?
Hi, I'm an Industrial Designer working with a product development company located on the sunny Gold Coast of Australia.
3D CAD skill set,
Over the course of my career I have used a variety of CAD programs to yield benefits using Parametric Modelling (this is modelling with known dimension in mind), and Surface modelling (this style of modelling creates free flowing organic shapes) using, Alibre Design, Solid Works, Solid Edge and Autodesk Fusion 360,
I have designed products suitable for plastic injection molding, sheet metal designs, metal fabrication, composite material designs, apparel designs, single part and full assembly designs.
i am design engineer working air pollution control system i can design leaf vacuum but if you want to design of leaf vacuum for tractor so for that we also required to design leaf collector i seen your website i seen there leaf vacuum that's same capacity of leaf vacuum do you want?
I actually build a similar type machine in the USA since 1992 . This is a very, very simple machine. You will need to increase the speed of your tractor PTO. I would use a 6 to 9 blade impeller which is belt driven from speed increasing gearbox. 2500 to 3500 rpm is sufficient. It is best to use Abrasion resistant steel because more than just leaves will be entering the blower and in time the steel will be worn away. It is amazing what small gravel and dirt can do to metal over time. Also you will need to make sure your impeller is balanced well. You can do this dynamically or even static balancing will work as long as you have someone that is good at it. Two pillow block bearing with a shaft can support your impeller. Probably use a 4 or 5 band V belt. I've never used any kind of computer to design any of my machines and they have been working well for years. But I can see where it might be advantageous.
I'm not looking for work, just trying to help if I can. After all, I'm here asking for help as well.
Are you manufacturing this machine for sale or to use it yourself in a company?
