Hello, I’d like to give this a go please at a fee that you’re comfortable with, after the job is done. I’ve been considering using my Solidworks skills (15 years) to work on architectural projects. This looks pretty straight forward to start with, especially as you’re looking for a 1/64 scale model to 3D print, for which I have a lot of experience with (machine automation, robotics, aviation, marine, armoured vehicles etc) for scaled down 3D printing and laser cutting. Depends how complex you want it though, moving mechanisms working inside the model to store scale cars etc? Can easily create scaled mechanisms but this takes more time of course. If interested, please advise.
