my question is do you have physical product like this?

if you not have physical product and you have only this video for reference then i need more information about mechanism like which kind suction do you want for suck paint for bucket and spray paint on wall.

You should make sure it is not patented prior to producing anything you see online. Legal issues will be very costly if you produce something that is already patented.
