Hi

I recently design quadcopter wing in SolidWorks and when take out the 3d print of the model, Below issues were happened. Can some explain that this is issue of the model or 3d printer?

It could also be an issue with your slicing software.

What does your slicer show?

Hi There

Increase the wall thickness of the Rods to 2 or 3 mm and fillet the sharp inner and outer edges.

Print the two rods separately from the body and then glue them together

If you want to print the pieces together, place the bottom of the rods completely parallel to the heatbed.
