Also shading in rectangular boxes in GrabCAD looks strange. I will post examples a bit later.

The first thing I'd check is why it works on one side but not the other, what is the difference?

It is also a good idea to test a SOLIDWORKS model with the Verification On Rebuild option. Sometimes it will flag geometry witch can cause weird issues like this.

The setting is under tools - options - performance

Maybe, but try changing one or two things in the model.

For the 2nd sweep feature, the profile has a diameter of 7.5 The path has a bend radius of 3.75 (or 7.5 when measured as a diameter).

The feature is not failing, but it does make contact with itself.

Increase the path radius, or decrease the profile diameter so self intersection/contact does not occur. I think it will work better.

Fillet7 and Fillet8 fail when verification on rebuild is turned on. I forget to also suggest pressing CTRL+Q to perform a forced rebuild of the entire model.
