API problem (print-api.grabcad.com)

Hello to All,

since the end of November 2022, I can no longer download the json file of the log of my Stratasys printer, via API.

I get no error from the webservice, but the json file is empty. Via web portal, the logs are there and I can see them safely. Does anyone have the same problem ?

given my response contains some information specific to your company to solve the problem, I'd rather not disclose that here on a public forum.

I have resent my reply from my work email address. The delivery notification I just received tells me it has arrived at your company's email server and you have received it.
