Can you share the link of the model?

I’m not able to view any models using the 3D viewer on an iPad. None! No error or anything. Just a blank screen.

NO models are viewable using the 3D viewer using Safari on the iPad. This is a new problem. It worked okay a few days ago.

Chrome on the iPad works okay. I tried several different browsers on a PC and had no issues either.

We did some tests on iPad but didn't find any problems.

Can you try either updating your iOS/iPadOS or clearing browser cache?

I cleared the cache and it’s back to working. Better than ever before in fact! It would always only show the model in the lower half of the screen. This occurred on my previous iPad Air 2 and on my current iPad Pro. I assumed it was just a lack of full graphics capability on the iPad so I never worried about it. Now it shows the model full screen.

It now says it's not contain any geometry

How do I fix it. It happened with every model

Can you try with a different browser or device and see if that works?

Error reading model data from SCS file

Does not matter what browser is used that error shows up for 3d viewer it's been like this for last few week's
