This could only be internal Grabcad software issue caused that right ?
Have you changed any account settings recently ?
This has to be internal Grabcad software end Steven. I can think of nothing else.
All of your comments have been removed from the electronics group and all other groups. Your image icon is on the chat messages but all comments are all gone in all group chats.
Just sent a PM to Kesa asking him to look in to it Steven.
I have NO idea what is going on here ; no email, no warning, no complaints, no issues from other users - just everything wiped out.
ALL my 154 models and all my download credits.
Also BOTH of my user accounts now in possession by Grabby the BOT.

WOW just shocked at the situation. I can not belive there has not been a staff comment as yet. I sent a PM to Kesa but no reply yet.
Have you sent staff messages on this. I would be contacting as many as possible on this.
The world seems to have gone just outright insane. A payment provider just literally has stolen the money for my children's christmas presents.
Contacted them every day and they simply couldn't care less.
Happened with me too around 3-4 months back. There's nothing to be worried about as the GrabCAD team must be working on some technical issue. You'll get everything back as they're done with those.
My models have gone too this morning. The grabcad score is still in tact, but downloads are now zero too ... was about 549 I think in total?
Hope grabcad have a backup to restore my profile back somehow ? Obviously I can reupload if I have to, but it’s a shame to loose all those great comments people made. ☹️Hope Kesa can help me too 🙏

I messaged Kesa this morning UK time, so I expect he was asleep, thinking he might see it 4pm UK time, depending on when he’s up in the US and checks.
I’m sure he’d rather be enjoying a weekend like everyone else, but it’s alarming all the same to see your hard work disappear and not hear anything. I’m just gonna be patient till Monday.
I’ve only uploaded 4 models and had one in progress, so nowhere nearly as bad as what you’re facing. 😕, I was pleased with the responses I was getting for the months work I put in so would hate to lose those download numbers and comments.

Your situation seems like mine. Did you receive any correspondence (email, grabcad mail, etc) warning that this was going to happen ?
And BOTH of my groups have been hijacked by GRABBY THE BOT ! !
Err ... nope, nothing back from grabcad as yet ?
Not sure what “gabby the bot” is ?
I tried googling it, but got nothing ?
Other than losing the models into the ether and the comments and download number associated .. is there anything else the bot has done ?

The problem is that you probably won't know who is doing what unless you are an insider in MA at grabcad, but I suspect that something else is going on here and I will wait to see what is going to happen (if anything).
This doesn't seem to be by any chance an accident since we have had accounts for a very long time now. Besides there are too many others that have no issues but could have easily been victimized as we are.
The fact that there is absolutely no response from anyone at grabcad is deafening !
Yeah I know Steven ... I remember CadCloud being frustrated about Spam increase a few months back and the lack of response from the team. I made a comment saying maybe Grabcad is not being managed as in “automated” to the point it doesn’t have 24 hour management.
Kesa came back ... I guess after getting round to reading the issue on the board and reassured everyone then that it is being managed. I believe he sent out a request for suggested improvements a week or so ago.
it’s a toughy. Grabcad is a great service and I have to appreciate there maybe only a few guys managing it, presumably in the states, so I might expect a 6-9 hour wait if I’m lucky for a response being here in the UK.
Also, I can imagine weekends, especially nearing Christmas might be An issue, guessing these guys need time with their families. Would be great if the Support team was as worldwide as it’s members so anyone in a time zone can respond to our issues.
pfff ... I’m can only wait and see if the team works Monday - Friday, hence we haven’t heard anything. Fingers crossed for tomorrow. I need to get my models back on prior to a mention in a magazine that is due out Friday, Not good, if the readers can’t see the files I pointed them to on Grabcad 😕 oh well.
