Im a professional Rudimental percussionist with my own stick Endorsed by a overseas company. I'm in the process of setting up a online business so I'm trying to make these stick. Im also a member of the Casper Troopers drum and Bugle corps

Typically instrument drumsticks are created on a lathe, not any number of axis routers.

They are so simple that there may be a preformed cutting tool to make them in one step in seconds.

So if you need information on cutting a drumstick, try looking into CNC lathes and I think that you might find your answers there.

Also check out companies that make them and see if they have any videos of their CNC processes.

no one is giving up knowledge...I have a 4 axis cnc to make sure each stick is the same. I posted that way by a few fabricators and from my own research. They will not make them fast but they will be precise and I can engrave my logo and signature.

I plan to get there but I'm just starting out. No one in the states does this.

well then you need to scan them in 3D or create the CAD models for the CAM information and they you can do what you want on your own machine. - - -fully custom based upon you machine requirements as well your CAM software.

I already created the CAD stl. file

now you need to figure out what data you machine needs for the CAM software to run. Time to read the manual and talk to the manufacturer of the CNC for guidance and help.

I watched your video and I doubt that this is going to be an acceptable way to manufacture since it is extremely time consuming as well as it creates a multi-faceted stick rather than a round stick that most musicians are used to. Perhaps it will be unique, but I doubt it is a good business model. Too slow and costly.
