I checked out my Dashboard tonight and spotted a tutorial that was reported as spam earlier today (gotta love Intermediate level spam tutorials):

Could the mechanism used to suggest new content skip posts by members with scores under a certain amount?

The best solution(s) prevent spam Tutorials from being posted. But if preventing spam is not feasible, let's think of solution(s) that don't actively promote garbage posts.

No doubt the Dashboard could also promote junk Question, Model, and Group posts as well.

Might also be worth looking at accounts that upvote spam posts.
