Thank you for reporting this. We have our dev team looking into this.

Until we get this issue resolved, the search bar at the top is still working. If you know the group you are looking for you can utilize the search bar to navigate to groups not on the first page.

Yep this is what I have been doing over the last couple of months, but since it wasn't fixed or reported (to my knowledge) I though that I would at least bring it to your attention.
