GrabCAD does not limit or has any rule for this. Perhaps it might be the school itself not allowing 3rd party signups. Sometimes this is the case with especially school accounts. Could you please share the error you're receiving?

When I try to create an account on GrabCAD on my Chromebook, not my personal PC, GrabCAD team does not send me the email to confirm account.

Did you look in the spam folder?

Yes

the email wasn't there

If that Chromebook belong to/provided by the school, perhaps the 3rd party log in is disabled on that side?

Atm there are no restrictions on GrabCAD side.
