For us to be able to investigate this further, can you please clarify - are you deleting files from the GrabCAD Workbench product?

Yes, via the website not the desktop app. I tried restoring the oldest versions (smaller file sizes) today in an attempt to remove the last 2 files. No luck yet.

I think the deletion bulk job was covering big amount files in size, hence occupying majority of resources available on servers at that point in time. Deletion jobs created a queue that took long to clean up.

Were you able to delete your last 2 files now? How big in size are "smaller file sizes"?

Not able to delete the last two files yet. After reverting to older revisions, the largest remaining file is 110 MB, other one is 844 kb. Each has several hundred versions though.

Smaller files ranged in size from a few kb to many 100 megabytes. Typical Solidworks files.

I contacted support@grabcad.com on July 6 about this with no response other than that above. Is anyone working on the issue? Can an admin. step in and remove the last 2 files? Can anyone suggest another route?

I might try uploading smaller versions of the 2 files but I am not holding out a lot of hope at this point.
