I wonder if you've changed the sorting options from default "Popular" to "Recent this month". Since you are a community member here from a long-time, so I suspect you might have done this already but just in case.

I tried all option this morning I uploaded
COFEE TABLE NORWEGIAN STYLE MAB 4

but two days before I uploaded

NORWEGIAN STYLE COFEE TABLE MAB 3
and
NORWEGIAN STYLE COFEE TABLE MAB 2

These 2 work is not visible in Library Recent in every option (this week, this month, All time)

but I checked the links and result

I encountered an interesting situation in Grabcad. Only 60 studies with the same name can be found in Library Recent. You cannot publish 61st with the same name.
I will give you examples on this subject.
