Where can I find the rules on uploading a model ? and when a model should be reported.

This has frustrated me for some time.
Where can I find a clear list of Grabcad rules related to uploading models.
Every time I have a search on Grabcad to download models I find:

Incomplete models,
Files with nothing but a assembly file and jpg images.
Models converted to a part file to make them un-editable,
Scanned models,
Pretty pictures to get huge numbers of likes which contain no usable or editable CAD files.

Click bait models :
Upload picture an entire car then when downloaded nothing but a bonnet badge,
Complicated designs then when downloaded only cad file is a business logo,

This is frustrating to the point I don't bother downloading any more.

General guidelines are posted here. They are often difficult to find.

Just my opinions:
Incomplete models - Report
Files with nothing but a assembly file and jpg images - Report
Models converted to a part file to make them un-editable - Don't report
Scanned models - Don't report
Pretty pictures to get huge numbers of likes which contain no usable or editable CAD files - Nothing wrong with renderings. Photographs are not good, unless they are photos of the CAD data after it has been fabricated. Nothing wrong with non-editable files (step, iges...etc.).
Upload picture an entire car then when downloaded nothing but a bonnet badge,
Complicated designs then when downloaded only cad file is a business logo - Report
