Is there a way to search Groups?

For instance, let's pretend I have a great idea (i.e. adding the ability to search within groups). Before posting my amazing idea, I want to conduct a search. If someone else already had this idea (unlikely), then I can post with my support (even though they stole my idea).

So here I am posting this amazing idea. I'm not sure if it has been suggested before though because I was not able to figure out how to do a search.

I imagine a search in Groups would work a lot like it does in the Questions section, or library. It might be useful to have an option to search all Groups, or narrow the results to a smaller grouping, or even a single Group.
