Is there a button to attach a file in Groups?

I only see an image button, and a link (url) button.

The link button only "works" if you have some portion of your text selected.

I thought it was an attach a file button.

It would be cool to have an attach button like the Question section has.

It would also be cool to have the text editor options of the Groups section in the Question area.

There isn't anything wrong with the button. It is the "chain" button which is the URL/Link button.

An attach button is traditionally the "paperclip" icon.

The only thing I can think of to make the function clearer, is adding a popup style tooltip/text when the mouse cursor is over it.

The other buttons could work the same way:

Bold , Italic, Underline, Image, Link, Bullet List, Number List

That's mostly what I meant, some sort of tooltip for example. Or maybe find a better icon for the chain – I can sort of see how this particular chain icon could be confused with a paperclip.
