Capillaries of hydrostatic guide of WS1 Liebherr Gear Shaping Machine

I have a requirement of Capillaries of Hydrostatic Guide of WS1 Liebherr Gear Shaping Machine. I am not able to find anyone who can provide them or no-one is really capable of making it available.

I am currently working on retrofitting of a WS1 Liebherr Gear Shaving Machine and I am stuck as I am not able to find these capillaries. 

I have attached the pictures of my specific requirement. 

Please let me know if you could make the capillaries available for me as soon as possible.
