Guys I need some help. A basic one. If I need to rotate a Steel plate (3 feet diameter, thickness around 4 inch, weight including the components on the plate approx 25kg). And it needs to be programmed to precisely stop at 8 different angles (points). Which motor (complete specs) would be most effective and efficient? And how much would it cost?

I am thinking of using stepper motor, but again not sure about the specs and price. Please help!
