Enroll with a good institute, master the skills in nx. I heard that MSME have institutes with training courses on CAD.

any ways other than enrolling in institute , any good tutorials from basic available ??

Msme has institutes around india which are one of the best institutes for cad training, there are private institutes too.

The books will tell you how to use commands, CAD requires more than that you need to learn how to make a part in such a way that it can be edited later and assembled in assembly apart from knowing whether it can manufactured, assembled and services. Also you need to know standards which are being used in the industries.
