you are right but its very struggling thing to find a job here in pune as a design engineer
it will be a hard task for me then i dont have any refrences.
Hi Abhishek, I think being fresher is not a issue is in any industry. Particularly for Design Engineering you should come up with your Design Portfolio along with your CV, and try to share it as much as possible while interviewing.
Design portfolio should be capable to demonstrate your skills for CAD modelling as well as your Design thinking. As you mentioned that you have done many projects in CATIA V5, portfolio making wont be an issue. If you want guidance for making portfolio i will be happy to help.
Lastly NOBODY(I mean a Training Institute/Employer) will give you a JOB until you are able to Design, so don't run for an institute go for skills.
GOOOOOOODDDD LUCK!!!!!!!
Absolutely.....
Can you help me to build a resume
I am currently pursuing BE in Mechanical engineering, in Pune. I am currently in third year. Can you please help me too!!
See doing a course in cad is not enough. You need to be well versed with Engineering calculations too. there are two software creo 5.0 or later or NX 11 or later. You need to learn two software if you are going for a course. Catia is too costly so few companies are switching from catia to nx or creo. Cost wise also it is costlier. Plus creo and NX are more efficient than catia. Whatever institute say try to learn two software very well. and keep sending CV to companies and upload the same in naukri.com and update regularly. Also you need to be familiar with BIS standards.
i am also a fresher and i dont have any references either . i have learnt unigraphics and training in a small company for 6 months .. i dont have anyone to guide me so please help and guide me .p.s should i learn any other software also????
