Internal Error when logging in to Grabcad Workbench Application

Hi all,
My workbench app is giving me grief. I keep getting an "Internal Error" message.
I've re-installed the app several times and also tried deleting app data with no luck.
My admin also tried deleting and re-adding me back to the shared directory.
I've contacted support@grabcad.com several times but still no word.
Any tips? I have work that my teammates need! Image attached.
