I am very interested.
I have a license for ptc Ceo 2, a CAD station, and 20 years experience of CAD modeling and draughting.
I have 2 years experience at Cummins engines developing and creating models for engine components, including master CAD models, for CAD/CAM manufacture, of forged conrods and crankshafts.
I am an expert draughtsman, creating drawings to any standard, most recently, for over 4 years, to ASME Y14.5m.
I have created surface model castings, of over 800 features, for brake caliper housings and carriers for Meritor\Girling, coolant and water pumps for diesel engines at Perkins\Caterpillar, knuckle joint for a stretched Hummer limousine for Leyland Product Developments, to gain type approval for conversion to bus specification.
I have liaised with external manufacturers in England, Germany, and South Korea to have castings and forgings made plus drawings for the machining of castings and forgings and general machine shop manufacture from stock metal.
My master CAD models have been used to make millions of components.
I spent the first 15 years of my career on the shop floor, starting as a fitter and turner at Doxford engines and progressed to Toolmaker at Phillips in Cambridge. I have spent a further 15 years in the design office, exclusively on ptc CAD.
I have also designed and made jigs and fixtures in ptc CAD. Check out my models, search for David Crosby.
I created all of the models posted in ptc Creo and ptc Pro Engineer, except for the starter motor and the alternator which I received from the manufacturer.

I look forward to working with you
