Hello, can you guys tell me the originality of this render. Increased resolution from 800 x 600 pixel to 1280 x 960 pixels.
Harsh critics above :)
Overall I like it. Things I'd change if it were my image:
Post the model(s) to your model page. We can all try to render it, and share our process. We're all bound to learn something from the practice, and from what other members produce.
I love harsh critics. That's where I can learn from. This model was downloaded https://grabcad.com/library/perfume-36. I didn't change any feature in model. Directly inserted in keyshot and started rendering. I agree light on cap is weird.
Can you mark me fuzziness, odd horizontal banding, label noise (it was as it is when downloaded- may be for style), hotspots, because I haven't seen them before.
Yes, bottle is shelled with liquid in it. The sticker hides it.
Thanks for the link to the bottle. I'll check it out tomorrow if I have a chance.
Here are some of the areas where the noise and banding appears in the image:
I thought that hotspot was to style. I don't know that. I will recreate and post the image again. Thanks for pin pointing.
I played with it a bit. I think it still needs some adjustment to the lighting:
The label might need editing too, "Cream of Roses" suggests a cream, whereas this is a liquid. "Water of Roses" or "Essence of Roses" may be better options.
Here's a version with an edited label to change the "Cream" to "Essence". The label colors are boosted a bit as well:
Please post feedback on anything you'd change. If you have a chance, try to render it yourself.
The URL above did not work for me, so try here for the 3D models:
Wow, I love this renders. Did you use photoshop to edit cream to essence.
Yes.
I found the label online, but there was also a "transparent" version of it which I used. I filled in the middle with a solid color, then recreated the text. That got rid of the noise around the text.
The font is not an exact match, but I like it. It is Footlight MT Light.
Here's a copy if anyone wants to make use of it for their rendering:
Thank you. I will render again and post here.
Thank you for your suggestion.
