I have formulas in excel that I prepared from theses and books, but I don't know how to solve these mistakes in some parts.

what type of calculations? I used to work for a company that makes fans....I'm rusty on most of it but might be able to get you a powerpoint that goes through fundamentals. get me your email address.

While I can’t help, I’m sure there are others here that could. However they will need to know your basic requirements: CFM, pressure, port sizes, available utilities, service factor, duty cycle, etc. If you don’t have all the data, provide what you know and someone can help fill in the blanks. Don’t expect any help if you can’t provide the basic data.

Several individuals offered to help and requested your requirements. A picture of a generic fan isn’t an acceptable answer.

I can recommend you: buy some books. I did some calculations on centrifugal water pumps and it a big topic. I suppose the fan is simpler. If you do it professionally you need books

I worked a lot on books and theses. I made an Excel spreadsheet. But I guess I'm making a mistake somewhere.

consider this....these folks supplied fans for Trane commercial air handlers. I was a product support engineer to mfg, but didn't have alot of experience with fan design.
