I think it must be more detail task. what require to frying, energy .....?

I think its mean from conveying egg from storage to cracking process and to fry the eg into vegetable oil, mixed with seasoning before that and pick up the fried egg to another container or plates. Am I right?

yes, you are very right about that but the big qoustions lies on how to separate the eggshell and it contentents that is the yolk that is to be fried.

There is many video on Youtube for egg cracking and yolk seperation for bakery factory, maybe we can try to duplicate and try make design drawing. That is the main chalenge... of course..

In the video they made many egg cracler in circular array, so we can just make 1 or 2.

we can fry with maybe with something like small chain conveyor, submerged in hot oil pan with all food grade stainless steel . If the egg can float, not stick to the conveyor the frying process can be done continuesly.

I absolutely agree. I actually have been thinking about heat conduction of the frying component and selection of a heating element and various fasteners to hold the components together. and here I think we are a step closer to solve our design problem.
