i want to design typical tubular heat exchanger

hello everyone i am here for ask about my problem which i face in solidworks i want to design tubular water cooled duct(heat exchanger) i attached one picture there you can see spiral not creat as per my desire shape so what should i do for creat spiral as per my design shape
