One way it could be defining the material for each wood component, solidworks has a materials library so pick the material for each component then create your assembly and finally perform the analysis using stress analysis tool, the analysis it could be performed at part or to assembly.

Note: Not all the wood material are available in the library and solidworks only provides and average value on wood because the are a lot of factor that affect the wood strength.
