i need help about mold injection design

hi
i'm making a mold for a box composed of 2 pieces as you can see in the pictures and the step files below, after analyses i concluded that i should use 3 plates mold with central injection and pin point gate, but i'm worrying about the price, when i tried lateral injection molding the pressure was too high.
your help is really appreciated
thank you.

Hi Andy,

You can make sub gate to avoid 3 plate mold, put a gate as close as possible to top surface and place it around the tip of "arrow" shape. The reason is to manage the flow to avoid air trap. BTW how many cavity are you going to make? if you want to make only one cavity you can use insulated sprue/runner, even though it's an old way design but quite effective to produce single cavity "pin point"gate without three plate mold.
